The plot

this book is about a girl called andy who struggles to deal with her parents divorce on top of that she cant decide what parent she wants to live with so she weekly has to go back and forth between her parents house and she has to deal with her five new annoying step bbrothers and sisters

"When my parents split up they didnt know what to do with time . my mum wanted me to go live with her. my dad wanted me to go live with him. i didnt want to live at my dads new place or my mums new place. i wanted to stay living in our old place, mulberry cottage the three of us Togther.

I am still reading this book and from what i have read so far it is really good i recommend this to young children aged 6-14. this is because i think that older peopl would not find

it as interesting as younger kids would.

The book

This book was written in 2004 it is about a girl called Clarice bean, who has a family of six. one day her and her best friend Betty enter a book competition to win a golden cup they decide to do it on there favourite book ruby Redford but gust before they can start making it the cup goes missing and Betty disappeared will Clarice be able to find the cup and Betty before the competition read the book to find out.

"This is me,Clarice Bean. I am not an only child, but I sometimes wish I was. My family is six people, which is sometimes too many. Not always, just sometimes. Mainly my dad is mostly in an office answering the phone and going, "I can't talk now, I'm up to my ears in it." Mum is always gribbling about pants on the floor and shoes on the sofa. she says, "this house doesn't clean itself you Know."

Cookie

This book is one of my favourite books and it is a about a girl called beauty cookson but she not very beautiful and she is teased and bullied at school bye Skye, Emily and Arabella. who come up with silly names for her with like ugly.But that's not her only problem although beauty dad provides for her and loves her he has a very bad temper.but there are some good thing happening for beauty, she has a very understanding mum (who gave her nick name cookie)and she makes a new best friend called Rhona. close to the end beauty and her mum can not take the dads temper any more so they move out and go to rabbit cove read the rest to find out it beauty and her mums new life is a good one or bad.



here is a little section from the book
I didn't want dad to take me to school. i especially didn't want him to take me in his shiny silver Mercedes. Mercedes was my middle name. it caused almost as much hilarity as my first name.Skye suggested i should be called Ugly Skoda Cookson. This always made Skye and Emily and Arabella fall out laughing.

Cliffhanger

cliffhanger is about a boy called tim who is forsed to go to a ad

Charlie-bone is a ten yearr old boy who realiesed he had magica powers.he can hear phote grafas talking.as so as his grate anuts find out thay send him of to bloors academy(a bording school for the gifted). charlie is forsed to leave his frend ben behind.

but when charlie gets to the school he relises the school isnt that bad.he imedietsly makes three new friends Olivia,fredand billy.

i would recormend thi book to any one who likes adventure storys (7+).
